We repair all types of smartphones, computers, tablets, of well-known brands, and PlayStation consoles. After handing over the device, we define the necessary procedures, set a deadline for repair and fulfill the work order.
If you are unable to personally deliver your device to our shop in Split, you can have your device delivered by your chosen courier service. Before shipping the device, please contact us via contact form, email or mobile and explain your problem and provide us with all the necessary information.
After you hand in your device for repairs, you will receive your copy of the work order that you must keep, as it serves as proof that the device was left with us and as a written consent to perform the repairs needed. You cannot pick up your device without presenting a work order.
After the repair is complete, we will let you know that you can pick up your device, after which the 45-day pick up period begins. After this deadline, we are not responsible for your device. If mailed to us, we will mail back the device to the agreed address after repairs.
