TERMS OF USE

Mikroteh, a joint venture for services and commerce (hereinafter referred to as “Mikroteh”), owns the Internet domain mikroteh.hr (hereinafter referred to as “Domain”), which allows its use under the Terms uses (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), which will be listed below. By accessing and using the domain and all associated subdomains and websites, and related content and applications, the user is deemed to be fully aware of, understand and accept the terms, without any restrictions or reservations.

CONTENTS

All published texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, documents, data and information (hereinafter referred to as “Content”), contained or displayed on the Domain, may not be reproduce, distribute or use in any way inconsistent with the Terms. Mikroteh’s visual identity is also protected by the Croatian Copyright and Related Rights Act (OG 79/07, 141/13, 96/18) and the Croatian Criminal Code (OG 114/12).

It is expressly forbidden to modify, publish, transmit, sell, display, edit, copy or otherwise exploit the Content, except as expressly provided for in these Terms or as a result of express of Mikroteh’s prior approval. In the case of unauthorized, unauthorized or unlawful use of the Content or visual identity, Mikroteh reserves the right to recover all damages and to initiate civil and criminal proceedings before the Commercial Court in Split against a legal or natural person using the Domain Name in this way.

Content on the Domain is displayed in good faith, and Mikroteh is not responsible for any defects in the content, which may be inadvertent, by human error or for technical reasons, and is not responsible for any possible damage resulting from the use of the content posted on this site.

Mikroteh and its associates are not responsible for any damage that may result from the user’s use or inability to use the Domain. This applies to Content and Applications on the Domain that may cause error, omission or downtime, interruption, deletion or interference with data, viruses or any other damage.

Visits to the Domain and the use of the Website are permitted for ages 18 and over. Use of the Domain by persons under the age of 18 is permitted only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Otherwise, they assume all rights and obligations arising from such use, and Mikroteh is not responsible for any damages resulting from such use.

The Domain may have links to other websites, which are hosted by other domains and whose content is edited by third parties. Mikroteh does not control the content in question, and disclaims all liability, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness and availability of the content on third party websites.

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

Mikroteh reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time and without notice, and any such changes will become effective by posting to this Domain. Each user, by accessing the Domain, linked subdomains and related websites, is required to review the Terms, and his or her visit to the Domain and use of the Website will be deemed to be an endorsement of any changes.
